If pinned down, I'd have to say that a dirty mind is one that not only has thoughts frequently but also feels compelled to reveal them, or act on them, or seek out more information in stories, guides, magazines, shops or confidants about them. You get hungry on the ideas. The ideas find space in your dreams.

It's dark when it's done for profit. The dirty mind bursts into the light when it's open and there's more than one mind's goal taken into account. Wrong person, wrong people, wrong place are what the dirty mind has to accept as 'training wheels' (before the balance is found).
