Caught this guy looking at my panties at the grocery store this morning. I have a skirt on and was kneeling down to get something from the bottom shelf and saw him staring between my legs. Then I realized I have my bright yellow panties on today so they must have caught his eye. I pretended I didn't notice and stayed down there a minute longer to let him see a little more then got up and kept shopping.
