Just a few quick questions.
Does anyone know if using other platforms (like Tumblr or Snapchat) to send folks to this site is frowned upon by the VC administration?
We love this site and we want to get more folks to join.
Are there technical issues we should be aware of or can we just throw up links to our homepage here?
Are there any current members using these strategies to bring folks on board?

I do not think the admin here would have any problems with you using other sites to drive traffic this way, but I do think the other sites would have reason to object. But I guess it doesn't hurt to give it a try. Although I do think a better strategy for building VCity is to put pressure on the admin to deal with some of the issues plaguing the site now. Many members have left us directly, or indirectly due to the apathy and lack of member support of the site's administration. There is no point in bringing in new members, if they get discouraged and leave just as quickly as they join. At present, the only thing holding VCity together is the supportive community of members we currently have. If it wasn't for regulars like yourselves, I would have left long ago myself...

great points from both of you, I agree fully we need to draw more here, but so many good ones have left for various reasons and it is sad. the solid "regulars" such as yourself Shy keep me here . I have mentioned the site to a couple fine ladies that I know would thoroughly enjoy it here , but soon found out that is a "no-no" there !! in fact a couple of those sites frown on email address posting and only allow contact thru comments/replies any other interaction has to be done on the pay side. so it makes it hard for me to recruit fine ladies I know would fit in well here
